What is App a Day?

With i-touches, i-pads and i-phones becoming more popular, the apps are increasing in numbers too. With so many apps out there, how do you know what is good and what isn't. That is what I am hoping to help you with in this blog. If you have a suggestion of an app to share...please send me an email to jdief99@gmail.com.

After taking a year off with a new job...I have many apps to discuss. Follow me for at least 3 new apps at week.

NPR (free)

There is an NPR app for the iphone and ipad. After reading all of the reviews, they suggest using the iphone app since it has been updated and you can listen while doing other things. They said the ipad has yet to be updated.
"NPR for iPad: Experience NPR in magazine style with a focus on News, Arts & Life, and Music content that’s broad, deep, and timely. It’s NPR like you’ve never seen us before. The app also replicates popular features of the NPR News iPhone app, including playlist, hourly newscasts, station finder, and sharing. And, we are already working on future enhancements for our next release.
